Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

MirrorGraph ("we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain because that reflects how we work.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you submit the beta application form, we collect the details you enter — your name, work email, organization, role, and what you tell us about your use case. We use this only to evaluate and respond to your application and to communicate with you about the AIONdb beta.

Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from). This helps us improve the site. Analytics only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

Cookies and your choices

The site does not set analytics or tracking cookies unless you accept them. You can decline in the banner, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site.

How we use and share information

We use the information above to respond to you, evaluate beta applications, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and process applications (such as our form provider and analytics provider), and only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep beta application information for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your application, and to maintain our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us, or ask questions about how it's handled. Email info@mirrorgraph.ai and we'll respond. For visitors in Canada, we handle personal information in a manner consistent with applicable privacy law, including PIPEDA.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site and our practices evolve. We'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
